Warranty and Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products. If you are not completely satisfied or receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from RTX, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. After receiving the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a full refund, including shipping charges. If you receive unwanted item(s), you may return the item(s) unopened for a refund of the purchase price. Please note... If you paid by check, RTX will automatically issue you a refund check upon receipt of your returned goods. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address listed in your RTX order. If you would prefer store credit, please contact RTX via e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we discover the returned product has be altered, modified or substituted.
