Shipping Information

RTX ships all regular orders using UPS. We will make every effort to send your order in one box to avoid excessive shipping charges, however, weight limitations may require that your order be shipped in several boxes. No handling charges are added to your order. RTX is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and International customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Shipping Costs: Your exact shipping cost and shipping options will appear in your Shopping Cart before you checkout. International orders may be subject to additional Taxes and/or Duty, which must be paid upon receipt by the receiving party. Additional Shipping Costs: You can be charged an additional shipping fee if we need to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.  Shipping Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped from our Fullerton, California facility. The transit time by regular Ground UPS Service is 1 to 7 business days depending on your location/distance from the point of origin. Shipping Delays: On U.S. holiday’s order processing and/or shipping may be delayed. U.S. carriers do not ship or deliver on major holidays. Shipping Restrictions: Certain items cannot be shipped by Air. This includes Aerosol Products and Hazardous Materials.
